Room was stinky and hard to breathe. AC is not in good shape to cool down. We checked in late and still the AC was not on. It took long time to get a temperature to sleep. Breakfast was nice. Just to drop us bext door did not help us. Bad management. Wont return for sure.

Had a great service experience, staff was courteous especially Mr. Manas, Mr. Jitendra, Mr. Arpit, Mr. Kabaly. Food was amazing. Especially the local Orria cuisine. Will highly recommend them for business events. Wishing them best of luck.

I had a nice stay at Swosti Premium. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable though a bit dated. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh options. The location is perfect, close to the IT hub and the reason I chose the hotel

I stayed at this hotel during first week of April'2025. Rooms / Food quality / cleanliness / ambience was excellent. The complimentary breakfast spread was good but not excellent. If we compare it with similar priced & similar rated hotels in Bhubaneswar, it was not great. I don't want to compare with other similar hotels in India. I was on a family trip, the staff is well behaved, helps in case of need. No underground parking is available. Parking is in the space available inside the hotel premises. But, sufficient space for about 25-30 vehicles are available. This hotel has got a convention center and most of the time some events takes place in the same. So, if travelling by own vehicle, pl keep in mind that if you reach in the evening, there is every possibility, that you will not get a parking place. Food quality is really good, whatever food I ordered for in-room consumption was good. No complain about that. Yes, pricing is an issue. Many a times it was felt that food is bit over priced. Yes, I had encountered some issue with billing part of in-room dining which had mentally disturbed me during my stay, but was sorted out / clarified by hotel executive Mrs Soubhagya Manjari Panda, subsequently after my check-out. The hospitality you get at this hotel in really good. Staff will listen to you they will try to resolve your issue, but many a times may remain silent if the issue is beyond their preview / understanding. Location of the hotel is excellent with all the major points of Bhubaneswar within few kilometers. In most of the hotels booking option for is MAP plan is available during booking. But, in this property I did not find MAP plan. Booking is available with room + breakfast. Buffet Dinner is available at main restaurant, on additional payment. But it is over priced. I say overpriced when I compare the spread with similar hotels in Bhubaneswar. I would like to request the hotel management to kindly look into the matter to make the booking package more attractive and comparable to similar hotels. In nut shell Rooms are excellent / food is very good / hospitality is very good / cleanliness is very good / location is excellent . Only thing that may bother you is some specific issue which may be person specific & may be first time occurrence. Above are not a complains but suggestions, as I have stayed may times in this property & would love to stay in future. Because of this I have developed a sense of belongingness to this property. My intension is to help the hotel management to introspect / review their affairs based on my suggestion / experience / requests. I will be really happy if my review helps in improvement of affairs in this property.
